Who We Are

Premier Consulting Services was founded in 1997 by Tim and Kellie Jones. Together they bring over 60 years of combined experience in leadership development, safety culture, education, and professional training.

Tim is the owner of Premier Consulting Services, Inc., and has over 30 years of experience in the business and safety field as a consultant, trainer, and coach. He has worked with construction, manufacturing, nonprofit, and service organizations including Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Allison Transmission, Wabtec, and Blevins Construction.

Tim has been instrumental in helping executive and supervisory teams develop and sustain a culture where trust, commitment, personal responsibility, and results are valued as standard operating procedure.

Kellie is cofounder and consultant at Premier Consulting Services with 32 years of experience in education and professional training. She holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education and is an Authorized Partner with Wiley for DiSC and The Five Behaviors, as well as a trainer in the 6 Types of Working Genius.

Her leadership has been recognized with the Kentucky Elementary Teacher of the Year Award and the Campbellsville Business and Professional Women's Club Woman of Achievement Award.
